The Conceptual Cost Analysis is a valuable tool that provides owners and architects with the current construction cost of a proposed project prior to expending the total cost of design development; and is based upon conceptual/schematic design data. A Conceptual Cost Analysis starts with the submission of project information from our client and related parties. The Conceptual Cost Analysis considers project scope, needs, alternatives and cost. All the various solutions or alternatives available to meet the identified needs are considered and a preferred alternative is selected. Recommendations provided by the analysis to develop the selected alternative are generally included in subsequent stages of project development. At the conclusion of the analysis, the project scope and related costs are well defined; and major activities required for further project development have been identified.
