Owner's Representation is a process where an owner selects a qualified person or firm in a relationship of trust and integrity to represent their interests in a development and/or construction project. The owner’s representative will provide direction to the contractors and design professionals and related parties.

Our primary role is to provide oversight and coordination of all aspects of the project from the owner’s perspective as advocates on your behalf, to ensure that you get the best service, quality and value; and that your important project is delivered on schedule, on budget and with the highest quality possible within the agreed scope.  We are an extension of the owner and solely represent the owner’s best interest independent of the design professionals, general contractor and related vendors and service providers.

As owner’s representatives we provide an overview of and make recommendations on engineering, design and scope; as well as on contractual matters, budget adjustments, schedule, proposed changes and resolve problems that may occur during the projects duration.

We will work with client selected professionals, contractors, vendors, service providers and related parties; or we can draw upon our industry knowledge, identify and recommend professionals best suited in the clients best interest to achieve the desired outcome.

We provide our clients access to the tools, industry knowledge and experience with capital projects without the ongoing burden of supporting these needs from within. Viewed as an extension of the owner, the hands-on management of the Owner's Representative effectively coordinates the team, solves problems and offers creative options.

We serve as the center contact point for every professional who has a hand in your construction or tenant fit-out project. We act as your representative in all facets of the project, saving you time and money. We provide comprehensive supervisory services for commercial and residential construction and have expertise in projects varying greatly in size and scope.

We assist as required for the specific project in the selection and management of: architects, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety engineers, geotechnical engineering and testing agencies, permit expediters, LEED and green building coordination experts, interior designers, signage consultants, security, telephone and data consultants, furniture consultants, commissioning agents and other team members as required.
