Our Team combines the talents and skill sets of a highly experienced energy risk management, energy assets management, and utilities markets firm, highly integrated in the financial sector; and a technology driven construction management firm with vast experience in the cost effective implementation of highly technical mission critical projects; that are thoroughly focused on and committed to the intelligent  advancement, integration, implementation and management of alternative energy generation systems; and the refinement of methods to manage, increase efficiency and conserve traditional energy resources. This collaboration creates a unique and powerful tool for our clients that can identify and analyze for feasibility on a technological, financial and environmental basis projects that work both technically and financially; and can implement the viable and approved projects as well.

We further enhance the projects viability and financial success through our extensive knowledge of alternative energy technologies and State and Federal Energy Programs, the utility markets, Governmental Grants and Tax Incentives, manufacturer’s incentives, tax strategies, regulatory requirements and the related financial instruments necessary and required to implement these projects.

Our services are further enhanced by our experienced team of seasoned professionals who can provide our clients engineering, architectural, environmental, owners representation, construction management, logistical planning, mobilization planning, cost estimating, value engineering  and related services to plan, organize, schedule and successfully implement and deploy alternative energy systems and their related infrastructure.

We are enabled by the above with the ability, experience and technical knowledge to reliably assist you in identifying prime sites that have the greatest energy and financial potential. To accomplish this we utilize the most current applicable energy production technologies available today to economically extract, market and distribute your untapped resource.

This knowledge along with our respect, appreciation and empathy for nature and our neighbors combined with our trained eyes; augment our ability to seek out and find the hidden sweet spots and natural physical attributes that surround us that are conducive and innately suitable for clean sustainable energy production. We present a uniquely qualified team that will provide dedication, reliable service on an intimate level with direct principle support throughout the process to you and your team; to develop and deploy the latest technologies to create a reliable long term clean sustainable energy source.

During the preliminary site evaluation phase we will:

Make an initial site visit to establish an overview of the proposed location and identify any issues or fatal flaws which could be detrimental to the project or the effective operation of the proposed wind turbine.

Evaluate site topography and/or building structures, complexity, and accessibility for delivering and installing support structures when applicable, the MET tower and related equipment, cranes, excavators, construction equipment and related apparatus for installation, erection and maintenance, support structures, solar panels, substations when required, towers, turbines and related control systems, power infrastructure and related items.

Evaluate existing roads accessing the proposed site for size, maximum loads and adequacy to allow for the transportation to the site of all required equipment, solar panels, and turbine components; with special emphasis for necessary clearance for the largest components such as the turbine blades, supports and tower sections.

Evaluate the sites proximity to existing power lines transmission grids or distribution panels best suited to utilize the proposed new energy source.

Evaluate initial prospects for obtaining sufficient wind and/or solar conditions conducive to wind and/or solar driven power generation at the site prior to collection of site specific data.

Evaluate proximity to adjacent properties, structures for sufficient distance for safety in the event of catastrophic failures, shadowing, flickering, noise and related items.

Evaluate turbine and/or solar panel placement to strategically determine the most efficient and economically advantageous location to place them and the related MET Tower. We will also consider in our analysis; making provisions for the potential future expansion of the site including infrastructure; that will make it easy and economical to increase the capacity of the power generation systems to be deployed at the site.

Evaluate the site to determine the most economical and practical methods for the installation of the MET tower and related telemetry and communication equipment as required; and the most cost effective methods to install the tower foundation and substructure when required with related infrastructure.

Make preliminary recommendations as to the sites economic and physical suitability for further detailed analysis, site specific meteorological data collection and engineering.
